- Transport Arrangements – Do wish us to handle transportation arrangements for you, e.g., airline, inter-island ferries, and bus or van rentals?
- Preferred Airline* (optional) – If you’re travelling by air, which airline do you prefer to use (or prefer to avoid)?
- Number of Adults and Children – How many adults are in your group? How many children (ages 11 and below)? How many infants (23 months and below)? Different hotels, airlines, and tour spots have different pricing rates for adults, children and infants.
- Preferred Hotel* (optional) – If you have a hotel in mind, please specify its name
- Accommodation (optional) - If you have a desired room arrangement. Choices are a single bedroom, twin sharing, triple sharing, or quad sharing.
