Bontoc is the capital of Mountain Province and is right in the middle of the Cordillera mountain range. The Banawe rice terraces are made of stone walls to separate their rice fields. Participants are encouraged to donate educational toys &amp; books, medicines or any medical equipment to Sagada Hospital. These will make your trip more meaningful and memorable and you spiritually and emotionally healthy.</p>
<p>Visit all the sites like : Banawe View Point, Bontok Museum (learn about the cultures and traditions of the People in Cordillera), SagadaTown Proper, Calvary Hills &amp; Echo Valley with hanging coffins Hike thru magnificent Fedilisan Rice terraces going to a very refreshing and scenic Bomod-ok falls, swim or can climb the falls and jump, then adventure caving in Burial caves and Big Cave. But because as hatchlings the imprint the magnetic fiel of area they always go back to where they were hatched after 25 to 30 years to copulate and lay their eggs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt">How ever communities especially in underdeveloped countries, uninformed of their functions in the environment have hunted them down in the sea or slaughtered them while they lay their eggs in the beach for their shell and skin. While their eggs and meat are collected as food.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt">NACCI is promoting and supporting the </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">Pawikan</span> <span style="font-size: 10pt">Conservation</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">Center</span><span style="font-size: 10pt">, a community based project of reformed poachers in the protection of the turtles.</span></p>
