SITMoâ€™s Eco-cultural tours, including the rice terraces cycle tours, offer a different experience to tourists.  They will not just see the majestic Ifugao Rice Terraces (IRT) but actually experience working on them and observe the rich Ifugao culture that has nurtured the IRT for thousands of years.  Through the tours, they will see the rich natural heritage as well. The tours also bring the benefits of tourism to the communities and the people who have worked to preserve this World Heritage.This is a great and meaningful opportunity for team buildings and outing, family reunion, holidays, school fieldtrip and educational tours, wedding, anniversary, birthday, anything wholesome.</span></p>

It involves a great number of Ifugao men clad in traditional Ifugao attire marching along the rice terraces while beating wood planks in rhythm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Another highlight of the tour is the cultural night showcasing Ifugao traditional performing arts â€“ dances, chants, songs and ethnic instrument playing.</span></p>
